French Dip Sliders
Slider Sunday with these French dip sliders on @kingshawaiian - and no, this is not sponsored, we just love King’s.
Method
- Caramelize 2 sliced onions over low heat in 2 tbsp butter a little salt and pinch of sugar to start the process, this takes a good 20-30 minutes 
- To make sliders layer provolone, roast beef, caramelized onions, then Swiss cheese to top all on King’s or any slider roll 
- Make a butter mixture with 1 stick (6-8tbsp) melted butter, beef au jus mixture, and everything bagel seasoning 
- Top rolls with mixture and bake for 20 minutes covered and uncover for 10 minutes on 350 degrees 
- Now make an au jus for dipping with beef au jus mixture, one can French onion soup mix, and water - taste for flavor but you can use equal parts water and French onion soup
